These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and the operator of the 36ph platform ("36ph", "we", "us", "our"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, allow any other person to access your account, or use any other player's account. 36ph will never contact you by any channel asking for your password.

All activity conducted through your account — including deposits, bets placed, and withdrawals — is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 36ph support immediately. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where verified, secure the affected account.

You must keep your registered contact details — email address and mobile number — current and accurate. Your registered mobile number is used for OTP verification, which is required for login and sensitive account actions. If your mobile number changes, update it through your account settings promptly to avoid being locked out.

All financial transactions on 36ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned or held pending review.

General rules that apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the individual offer terms:

• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and are subject to a wagering requirement before they convert to withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, assigned, or shared.
• One bonus offer may be active at a time unless the specific offer terms state otherwise.
• Attempting to exploit or abuse any bonus structure — including through duplicate accounts, irregular betting patterns, or coordinated wagering — constitutes a Terms violation and may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.
• 36ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in use by eligible players at the time of the change.
